Shockingly bad! Driver took pizza and garlic bread out of the bag and tipped the bag upside down dropping the the dip on the doorstep and the impact sent it everywhere. I Spent the next 15 minutes cleaning it up by which point the pizza and garlic bread are cold. Store offered up the pathetic excuse they are lacking drivers so he was rushed and that’s why he dropped it, also it would be another 20 minutes before they could send another replacement dip out. Open the pizza overly greasy and hardly any topping and the base burnt to a crisp as well as the garlic bread which was rock solid on the base! Store did not even apologise until I pointed out they hadn’t. If you cannot fulfil orders do not accept them and apologise to the customer. Clean your ovens because they are dirty else the bases would not be burnt as they are. Pizza and garlic bread in the bin and until you change hands my custom will not be returning! Utterly disgusting food and shocking you did not even offer up an apology let alone offer to help clean up your mess.
After my delivery was made minus the Garlic Pizza Bread I made a call to the shop to see where it was and was promised a driver would bring one out. Almost 5 hours later it still hasnt arrived, not that I would want it now but a courtesy call apologising for it not turning up a second time would of been nice. I object to paying for something I have not had. Very poor show
Ordered. Waited two hours. Called to cancel, no apology, just told it would be three days for funds to be returned.
Service it rubbish, App is rubbish, delivery delayed over an hour so this time we collected, still took over an hour and had to take two trips as didn’t want to wait in the shop 35 mins! Had cold pizzas, hair in pizza and despite ordering two garlic breads they only showed as one on the order, their solution is to say oh well a glitch opposed to try and help a customer! Terrible
