Breckenridge Distillery

I was lucky enough to be treated to a wonderful night here by my friends and wife. The cocktails were amazing and full of rich flavor. With careful detail and consistent taste I found their version of the classic Manhattan my favorite, although the sazerac was also very tasty and true to flavor. The food available is very unique and bursting with flavor. Among the things we ordered the duck, roasted chicken and pork belly stood out. Service was very pleasing and everyone I encountered had a great attitude. The manager on duty provided a great desert that blew my mind. Caramel chicken sauce on vanilla ice cream if I remember right. He also spent time getting to know us and of course making sure our experience was great. I'm a huge whisk(e)y fan so I can say this is easily the best dining I've had in along time. Thank you.

Great food, awesome staff, awesome space. We went through the Chick Pea fries, Anchovies, Brussel sprouts (done twice when bacon was ordered by accident) and the ridiculous pork 'brisket ' All the food was delicious, Sprouts and Pork stood out as just awesome and everything was delicious. We ordered the sprouts without noticing bacon in them and mentioned it, within minutes we had an new batch sans bacon add extra hazelnuts,not a beat skipped, awesome service on our mistake. We do not generally drink spirits and came for the food but the Sazerac i had was immaculate and for the one spirit drink i have a year this was perfect. Wine is on the horizon and we 'll eat here regularly.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great dining experience for our family last night! Food was great, staff was terrific and Sarah killed it as our waitress. Really glad to have this style restaurant in Breck rather than just another burger joint! Well done.

I went to this place last week with my friends the food was outrageous. If you get the brisket I believe I've never tasted anything quite like it also the service was impeccable and if I was ever in the area again this would be the first spot I would attend. Make sure you make a reservation though

We had a great meal here. We had a party of six and tried the Kirk rinds, deviled eggs, every pasta dish, brussel sprouts and the roast chicken. We loved all of it!! '
