The best burger in the world ?, I always have the quarter pounder of the filet of fish ?

Worst customer service experience ever, apparently there burger press was malfunctioning so they had myself and others pull out of drive-through to wait 35 minutes for a quarter pound combo. Needless to say I went inside to find this information out from a shift leader and she had no idea how much longer it would be so I got a refund and left but not before letting the several other cars of angry people like myself know of the situation. Why couldn't they mentioned this prior in drive-through. Just a bunch of idiots running this operation. You might want to ask them first how long it will take to get your order or just don't move out of drive-through till you receive your purchases. Thanks for nothing that evening. The lady manager was rude and not helpful. Ignored us when we first walked in. ignored us again when we asked to use the restroom. Then she attended someone else knowing I was waiting first .
