It's what you'd expect from Carl's Jr. I just didn't appreciate being called muchachito by someone who is obviously years younger than I am.
Ordered a plain jr cheeseburger with bacon , had no one in front of me or behind , was told to go to the front of the store , drive thru parking, why? i had no idea why , but seem to be the norm in this place ,they brought the order and the doublecheeseburger looked like someone stepped on it , went inside and asked the manager if that was correct and was told, that was adouble cheeseburger plain , and she then pointed at a picture behind her, i asked her why they don't look at least similar tothe picture , she said , that's how it is and turned around and walked away from me, i guess that's the best they can do on aempty restaurant and a big order like mine? Do they show how customer service works any more/ or are you just hiring family andfriends to do a job they might not be qualified to do? NEED A REGIONAL MANAGER TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AND FIX IT.
The girl swore up and down she gave us the complete order. She forgot the most expensive hamburger on the order.
Ordered the new gold digger burger but wasn't as big as expected, good flavor tho, and of course I kinda knew it wasn't gonna be a huge burger but still was expecting something a little bit more. Please bring back the Diablo burger, that's like the bestever!!!
