It was just with my colleague. Through the Burger shops in Hamburg I always had the Blue Sky Burger as favorites... but your Lachs Burger really knocked me over! Super good and in general the burgers were not too heavy, in the sense of too greasy etc. Wonderful! Also the girl in the service was excellent, no great waiting time and super beautiful! I'll come back when I'm close!

The best Burger restaurant in Braunschweig. Dimi gets really hard so only the best of the best comes to its burgers and that's what you taste. The Hamburgers taste excellent and the quality is an A! I always like to come from Göttingen to eat at Corvin. And by the way, the cappuccino is also top.

Burger and sweet potatoes Pommes very tasty : Pros: organic quality, no plastic on the plate, mayonnaise and ketchup is served in small gas, price performance top, all burgers also as low carb variant. That wasn't our last visit.

Unfortunately, I have to check my 5* review, it seems to me that the locals have taken austerity measures. First of all, I find it very negative that you no longer have the choice between the size of the Burger Patty and the choice, whether normal or organic meat, which also had a direct price increase. In addition, I noticed that now was much less sauce on the Cheeseburger, which I felt so much too dry. In addition, for the Pommes ketchup and mustard have been placed in small plastic tubes, now a small hip shell with a maximum of 20g has been added and if you want more, you have to pay overpriced money for it. All in all a very negative development in my opinion this was until recently my favorite Burger restaurant from me and my family. But this is definitely history now and under such circumstances we will no longer come back. We waited for our burgers on Saturday about 45 minutes. Guests came after us, were served before us and even paid before we had our food. There followed two questions where the food remained. Shame! Visit 25.05.18. it has changed a lot to the positive again. Since I am a man of the word, of course I adapt my assessment accordingly. Burger had perfect sauce again. The size of the burger was again as originally nice enough and the sauces were brought directly several times on request. The staff was also on site and the food came in a reasonable time. I am very pleased that the criticism has borne fruit.
