Chez Fondue - Brasília

Always an amazing experience. I regret not taking photos, but the light is very low and cozy. The food is wonderful, best fondue in town. I always like to take the “Fondue Festival” you pay per person, and you can enjoy a “all you can eat” experience with cheese fondue as Entrée, then meat, pigs and/or chicken as the main with different dressings and Swiss potatoes, and then chocolate fondue as dessert with marshmallows and fresh fruits. A joy!

World class fondue with a great wine list. Would have liked more variety of items to put in the cheese fondue. It comes with apples, potatoes, pickled onions and bread. I would have liked other veggies. Also, the bread....functional but not crispy enough crust. Not the right bread for the job. I will return.

Look, I don't want to be unfair. Maybe fondue just isn't for me. But the food was pretty horrific. The meat tasted rancid and the cheese like it had been reheated ten times already. Some of the sauces were ok, but some tasted mouldy and sick. There was no lighting, so impossible to see if anything seemed wrong with the food visually. Not a good night. Wouldn't eat here again. Ever. The staff was nice, though. And the chocolate fondue was good. But that doesn't make up for the horrible main course.
