Bojangles corporate should shut this location down. I've hit the drive-thru here 3 times in the last month and they don't know what they are doing. Bad service, every time, takes forever every time, and get home to find nearly unedible chicken every time. Whoever is cooking the chicken has no clue how to bread it. At first, I just thought it's someone new that needs more training. Now I know that they don't know how to prepare the chicken. The meat is cooked, but the breading is thick, soggy, clumpy every time so the skin doesnt crisp and is just stretchy, slimy under the batter UGH!!!. Biscuits are good, sides are good, but ****, yall need to train someone the right way on the chicken. I'm certain I won't get a refund, so will never return to this location again.

Ruin my entire day supposed to have a half a gallon of sweet tea but they gave me unsweet tea I realize some people like that I am not a fan of it now I have nothing to drink for the

Waited 30 minutes for the line to move and got home to find that my order was completely wrong. No receipt and they won’t answer the phone. I’d like a refund but likely won’t get it.
