Johnny B Good Diner - Brantford

The restaurant has a classic retro vibe, complete with a large jukebox. It seems like they put a lot of effort into the decor, which is faded and dated in a charming way. The harvest salad with grilled chicken was delicious and satisfying, with a mix of apple, strawberry, cranberry, pear, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded carrot, and crispy iceberg lettuce topped with raspberry vinaigrette. The chicken was seasoned beautifully and tasted like real juicy chicken meat, not processed chicken. The real standout was the coffee, which was even better than IKEA's (which is saying something as I have high standards for coffee). I'll definitely be getting a second cup soon. The restroom was clean, but the hand dryer was an old white box type so I just used my shirt to dry my hands. Plenty of parking spaces and the staff was nice and friendly. Overall, a great place to bring kids or go on a classic date.

The diner was particularly busy at 17:00 on Saturday. No surprise, though with one of the best cruise nights in Ontario. We all ordered the banquet burger special with frits and a large drink for $10. The burger was huge, but the bacon could have been a little crispy and slimmer. All in all, a great diner special. The Diner staff were all happy and helpful. An improvement would be more seating, as some went out and stood or had to sit on the grass. If you don't mind ordering this time, then it's very decent dug for a 10-point. I had a chocolateshake and it was from this world.

We decided to try out the breakfast buffet which was reasonably priced. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the small yet satisfying selection of dishes. It wasn't that there were limited options, but everything was just above average. The friendly staff and clean interior of the restaurant added to the overall experience.

A meeting place for car enthusiasts in Brantford in summer. The food is average fast food, but everyone has a social time and the food is secondary.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the ice cream is top-notch. The only downside is that there is limited seating. However, they host an excellent car show every Saturday during the summer. I highly recommend this place.
