Bidra med feedbackMy honest review this is a new place a new management so just improve service by decreasing waiting time food in roti and sabzi are really very very good should improve their appetizers like samosa, tikki by making some changes in chole in them chutneys try some different things) if you will decrease waiting time and make a good service customer will come back to you including me so just keep on improving Brantford needs a very good indian taste restaurant you can be that you have capabilities just decrease waiting time and improve appetizers then you will be best. Not only are the most basic snack overpriced- but it’s old and burnt mid day!?!What a waste of time.
They always use cheap tactics whenever we order roti from them they always send us less no. of rotis. These ppl should be given mathematics class so that they know how to count rotis and pack it.So dissatisfied with the quantity.
This is the pav bhaji I get from this restaurant today. Bhaji is loaded with oil and instead of actual pav they give burger bun . Is this look like pav bhaji ??? Worst pav bhaji . Their food quality going down day by day .
We had a horrible experience! We bought 4 dishes of food today, and one of the dishes was completely uncooked. It was Matar Paneer all the peas were still frozen and the paneer pieces were not even mixed properly in the gravy. After I called the restaurant, they agreed to make another dish but denied to deliver. After 20 minutes my husband went to pick up the food, but the lady at the front asked my husband why he didn’t bring the uncooked food with him, as if my husband was lying about the complaint. After making us go back and forth to get the food, we felt as if the staff were making us out to be liars. I don’t understand how people running a business can have such little manners and no respect for their customers. It is clear that this restaurant cannot take confrontation for their own mistakes.
