Mcdonald’s - Brant Canada

My girlfriend wanted to grab some McDonalds as a treat for McHappy Day and when we go to order in the drive thru, the clerk clearly had a bit of an attitude. Didn’t ask her if she was collecting points and she had to repeat things several times. Once payment was done we get our food and initially got no straws (a frequent occurrence at this location). We also specified several times that we wanted iced teas and yet were given Sprites. This would’ve been noted through the customer survey however we weren’t given a receipt either and couldn’t be bothered to go back and make a fuss. Daytime staff do a decent job but night staff always seem to mess something up. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Truly if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would, went through the drive thru tonight at 1030 not a single car in the drive thru or a customer inside, I went up to the speaker and waited for 10 minutes without anyone greeting me, I said “hello” and still no answer to the point I actually googled the address to see if this location was even still open. I drove up to the window where two staff ran away????? Finally the manager young girl) came to the window and greeted me as if I was interfering on her conversation, I asked if they were open and she proceeded to say “ yes but we’re understaffed tonight” . For one customer??? Whatever that means. Don’t go to this place if you want to order lol these people don’t work clocked in.

The young man on drive-thru sounded like he'd rather be having a root canal procedure than taking the order. The amount of lettuce on my bacon crispy delux was minuscule. Clean. Get what you pay for. Edit: More and more often we have to wait far longer than any other McDonald’s and it’s always being served Cold. Managers. Get your act together. I get it that they are students but this is a multi billion dollar corp built on fast service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sat in the drive-thru for 10 mins before placing order. 1 car in front of me. 2 cars in other lane when I arrived. The other lane was taking orders off 3 to 4 cars before even taking the other lane. As cars pulled into the other side they took those orders first. I ordered 1 large coffee. Got to first window no problem. 2nd window tried giving me a drink that wasn't mine. Asked for a manager, different person then tried to give me food. Still no manager. Finally manager came. She was no help. Finally got my coffee and had to them go inside because it was pretty much black. Not 3 milk 3 sugar. Team leader at the counter. I told her the coffee was wrong and had not the right stuff in it. Instead of making me a proper coffee, she brings me some milk and sugar and a fork for me to make it myself. REALLY!!! Absolutely wrong that I pay for a coffee that is wrong and instead of fixing it they make me do it myself! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
