Pizza Hotline - Brandon

Unbelivable, I ordered the trip for my family together (30 people), from my hotel room, waiting for confirmation. At 6 the pizza never appeared, so I called her, no order, they said it was not confirmed. Leave me alone three times! I called back three times, they said they would make the order new, I asked for a discount, they hung up. I didn't leave anything. They called Pizzahütte and they made an emergency delivery.

We have a flyer in the mail to try it out. I have a regular crust and a thin crust with unlimited toppings. I asked for extra sauce and it had to say that they even put on them, and I also had...8 toppings and it was more like a two topping pizza from other places, as it so sneaks on the portions. The regular crust was all dough and the thin crust was like a normal thickness that was actually ok. No great value for your money, would rather spend a few more dollars and get a good pizza.

After a 16-hour day at work, we stopped to get some pizzas. The guys worked super friendly and funny, so we were left over our pizzas. But when we came home, we were very disappointed, the pizzas were not cut... and clearly not cooked enough because the dough was still partially raw. Too bad.

We have been ordering pizza hotline for awhile now and everything was fine till we got a very soggy pizza and didn't know till we each tried a slice. After being unhappy with the pizza we called customer care to tell them of the soggy...pizza. We asked for a credit so that we can order a pizza later because due to the circumstances we were unable to get the pizza at the same address. After being denied a credit we asked for a refund, when the supervisor on the phone explained that we had to take pictures of the pizza and write a letter to head office, for a $20 pizza. We were very disappointed with how they show no customer satisfaction or appreciation and I definitely do not recommend buying pizza from pizza hotline. The supervisor from pizza hotline has no idea on how to take care of customers and it's hard to believe she was a supervisor. Rather then being accommodating to the consumer they prefer losing them. Again I do not recommend this place and you will be disappointed.
