Customer service is absolutely dismal. I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend to anyone I half like. The saddest thing is that the majority of the reviews here mention poor customer service and the owners obviously don’t care enough about the customer experience to make it right. I get there can be some “unruly customers,” and it can be difficult being in the service industry (it’s where I started, myself! , but there seems to be a theme with these reviews.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Always gives me the hardest time about using my BU paw pass discount.

The store is racist whenever ask for the keys to washroom the guy always has a excuse ready “owner have the keys and he’s not here” and i saw today a white guy using the washroom. And staff is way much rude in the matter of skin colour.
