You will have a mandatory 30-45 minute wait just to receive cold a food.. with only 3 people in line.. you can go through the McDonald?s drive through at least 5 times in a row on a busy day and get food faster than you can here with 2 cars in line.. You?ve been warned
Service was great! Food was average. You could barely taste the burger. Not any real flavor. I gave it 3 Starz because it was served hot an all the other ingredients were made fresh.
As a red blooded Californian, I have to say the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger finally put this place on the man for me! Big shout out to Anthony here who suggested it and made sure my order was on point; He also suggested some snacks and condiments that were exclusive to Whataburger and he did not disappoint. Thanks again Anthony for providing me with great customer service!
My husband went the Whataburger in Brandon,Ms this morning. Usually we get great service friendly ppl. This morning however, the person at the window was not very personable at all. My husband asked for grape jelly, worker says it?s in the bag. My husband, not thinking to check, drove off. Got home and there?s no jelly, but there is ketchup! Customer service was great and the female manager was very apologetic. But whoever is working in their kitchen should be wearing a hair net. They think it?s okay to have long hair and just wear a hat (said one of the employees) because it?s logical that hair doesn?t come flying out from a hat right. No wrong they should have a hair net on if they wanna wear a hat on top they should have that option. I will not ever return to this restaurant. My spouse used to work in the
