Regina is such a lovely person. She is very talented and exceeded my expectations for my son's birthday party cake! She even ordered us the cutest little keepsake carousel cake topper. We will be using her for every birthday party cake! She is very polite and had our cake ready when she said she would! Thank you for such a beautiful and delicious circus cake!

Ordered an unicorn cake 3 weeks in advance and asked for it to be ready on 12/11 for a bday party on the 12th. Regina was nice, but seemed a little frazzled on the phone. She told me she would email me an invoice when we hung up. I never received it so I called back a few days later and she had to be reminded of what my order was and told me she would send it that day. So, to be clear, I told her TWICE what we wanted... unicorn with different color layers of pink, teal, and purple on the inside. She even asked if we wanted layers vs swirls inside. I told her layers. On 12/10, I get a call saying my cake was ready and I said it wasn't supposed to be ready until tomorrow. I didn't want it done too early bc the party wasn't until 12/12. She said she got confused on what day it was and assured me that it kept wrapped and refrigerated it would be fine. Ok... no worries... we all make mistakes. So day of party, we unwrap the cake to find it is a unicorn cake but the colors were dark green, navy and pink. NOT what we discussed. Then, we cut into it and NO colors inside!!! I was so disappointed just as my 7 year old was on her bday! I contacted Regina by text and she replied but didn't offer any apology... just a response that says she would look at the order form and when she got to work the next day to see what we discussed. I never heard back from her that next day, and I text again but as of right now, no response. Very very unhappy!! I paid $50 for something we didn't order! Do not recommend using her at all! UPDATE: Regina replied to my text, and offered a $40 credit toward another cake and She said the colors got darker after she made them. I understand things happen, BUT if the colors didn't turn out, she should have either 1) called me and ask if that was OK or 2) make another batch with correct colors. Also, she never addressed why she didn't do the colored layers inside the cake. I asked for a credit to my PayPal, but she wouldn't do that and only offered a $40 credit toward another cake. I won't be using her again, so that does me no good.
