Bidra med feedbackThe fish at this restaurant is probably the freshest and most flavorful fish I have ever had!! On this visit we started with the fish soup which is a house specialty and is always delicious! For our main meal we had the loup, it was amazing and had a great buttery flavor. The serving size was plentiful and it was served alongside some boiled potatoes and a nice caponata. For dessert I had the apple tart which was a very satisfying dessert. I will continue coming back to U Fragnu on every trip I take to Corsica!! (The scenery is also beautiful!! See photos)
We decided to have a meal on the terrace over the sea, the young waiter was sweet spoke some english. The older, i presume owner recommended we shared a fresh fish he selected one from a tray he bought out to show us, it was ok came with some sides of vegetables. We were horrified when the bill came, the fish was 71euros!! So not worth it, the most expensive fish i've ever eaten most certainly not the best. We politely mentioned we found it very expensive, this didn't go down to well, all shouting at us! You just felt they were out to rip off tourists, and they got us! I will not be going back to Corsica.

Located in the alley that runs along the sea, the U Fragnu restaurant will seem confidential to you: you have to go down a few steps and finally discover the beautiful room of an old oil mill. The terrace I recommend is on the sea with a view of the port of Erbalunga and its Genoese tower. Come to U Fragnu for fresh fish from the day's catch, fresh cuttlefish and lobsters from Cap Corse. Here you choose your fish from those presented for sale. It is imperative to reserve your table to be sure to dine
