Bidra med feedbackI had a very busy, hot evening. The atmosphere of the place was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and worked like Trojans. The pizzas were delicious, so the house was red. Don't miss the desserts. You only take cash, so make sure you pay a visit to the money machine in the mail next to the main parking lot.
Would definitely recommend. Good starters are mainly tomatoes, cheese, meat fish options. Two times over a week. There were 5 of us so advantage to book in the morning if possible to get a good table, so busy, but a bit of effort. Staff friendly service, speak English
Tonight with my sister and her family and the food was good! We ordered a Margarita pizza and her special pizza along with some gnocchi and Fretto misto. Try to find a suitable place to eat with children while the trip can be a...bit of anger, but this place was right! The children like the pizza and the gnocchi had a little strong cheese taste, but overall everything was beautiful!
We had dinner here on a chilly Saturday night. We discovered all the inside seating taken so we had to sit outside away from the heaters which were the only seats available. Still, we were not ignored and the service was friendly, fast, and efficient...from two English-speaking servers. The pizza we ordered was nothing more than just OK. Not at all special. It was thin-crusted, the size of a large dinner plate, and cost E13. It didn't look like the one pictured above in Photos. We improved it's taste by adding spicy olive oil brought to our table. Overall, not a great value, but we’ve found everything to be on the expensive side in Corsica. The red house wine was much better and tasted very good. The restaurant is wonderfully situated in the center of the village on a piazza with an old large tree providing shade. We enjoyed our dining experience here but would definitely not go back for their pizza.
Travelling the Cap Corse with my Corsican companion, we were advised by a local Bastian to eat at A Piazzetta when travelling through Erbalunga. We ended up eating there twice in 2 days as the food was so good and the people so friendly. Helps that we speak Corse and French but I saw alot of foreigners (English, italian etc all having a great meal). Food is simple, fresh and good. What can be more simple than a salad of 4 different coloured tomatoes, lettuce, anchovies, capers and caper berries topped with good quality olive oil and served with delicious bread and cold rose wine? Tony had local fish and I the octopus salad (another entree/starter). Followed up by sharing a plate of local tasty cheese and shared a dessert (frozen nougat icecream). All good and served with a smile and wine suggestions etc despite being the busiest time of year. Highly recommended. Lunch menu reduced - I believe they don't do pizzaz at lunch time.
