Tim Hortons - Brampton

Worst customer experience ever. every time I get the same expressions as if I made a mistake or I was wasting their time.

Huge lineup. Only one girl was working when I visited this location and amazing thing : she was not aware what is cold coffee. Garbage service!!

I ordered a medium french vanilla and carrot cake muffin through drive thru at around 19.25hours on 14th march and I received a double double with extra expresso. I mean if you can?t take the order right why would you even take it. Very dissatisfied with their service.

Tim Hortons is a great chain! I personally still love the Canadian maple donut as my favorite but I love the steep tea I remember years ago when they used to have to squeeze your tea bags with the spoons to make it quick LOL now this is a great location to grab yourself a takeout order because it's at the Walmart here near Steele's and Kennedy and usually you'll get yourself a McDonald's but who doesn't love a good old donut and even no McDonald's is not a bad chain I certainly enjoy a nice steep tea and sometimes McDonald's just doesn't take the place of Tim Hortons so this great stuff does a great job of maintaining the chaos within this Walmart and I want to thank them and every Tim Hortons employee as I've been one and I know that it's not always that easy especially with all the beeping and trying to keep up with the schedules to make the coffee fresh and available for the customers. Thanks team ???????????????

These people always rush you at the drive thru asking ?anything else? without even listening to your first request to begin with and then when you get to the window they almost throw your food into your car while saying ?next? to serve the next customer in line. Then only when you get to your destination, you realize the garbage food that you paid for (as shown in the picture). Thanks for the dried up burnt bagel! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This garbage place doesn?t even deserve a 1 star rating.
