Waiting in the drive thru from past 20 minutes. Please put more people in the mid night shift at least till 1:00 am. Show some mercy on your staff and customers.

Customers are standing in big line but they are just taking drive through orders. not that much busy but if staff management is cordinated properly this would be more customer friendly for people who are eating inside

I ordered through drive thru on july 2 around 11 pm. The person at the window was really unprofessional. She literally throw the change on me all the coins were dropped on the floor i was not able to open the door of my car and pick it up as they were no space then when they gave me coffee the lid was not properly closed and it spills on my hand. The staff was laughing didnt even apologized. So unprofessional. Coming at this location since it was opened. Not gonna come back.

Unbelievable argument instead of being apologetic for charging me extra. Drive through window’s money display bar doesn’t work. Stays at 0.0 so they can charge whatever to their customer. Sometimes money doesn’t matter but attitude does. Not listening to customer issue and arguing with customer won’t give you anything. PLease do check what you paying for as they may surprise you with the overpayment. Completely Unethical! Mistakes happen just admit it instead of arguing. I wish they provided me with receipt and I would have contacted head office directly instead of wasting my time over someone whose unwilling to listen.

Bad services , I ordered drive thru medium ice coffee, provide small and not added whipped cream as well I ordered steap tea with chai tea bag , not add bag , what is this ?
