Tim Hortons - Brampton

Even though I am Indian, I felt that the woman in this Tim is constantly unkind to the poor and destitute. I didn't think this was excellent guest service, and I felt unsafe and insecure with these individuals. And I assume that she is manager for this Tim. This is a busy Tim Horton's location near Bramalea library, Brampton. The staff does a commendable job to assist patrons swiftly. Although, at times, the service appear slow. The only issue is that there is a group of people that are always there occupying several spots without ordering anything. They have no work, no other place to go to and simply sit at this location all day without ordering anything. Price per person: CA$1–10

I 'm not the one who writes a bad review unless necessary, but I 've been let down thrice now. The staff at this location is completely untrained at handling orders. They cannot take a simple order when I say I 'd like two french vanilla 's and one of them should be half dark roast. They 'll either make one a double double or make one a dark roast or keep both as regular french vanilla 's or completely mess it up. I 'm absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism at this location. They 're unable to interact with customers, always in a rush. Very disappointed.

Tim's has gone downhill with constant order mistakes and staff not listening to orders. I am tired of being treated like a bum when I have been alive and working longer than these ppl working. No respect from them. Not just this Tim's but nearly all of them. I am almost done with your workers attitudes ,no Canadian Tim's should make ppl feel like they are not welcomed. Tim Horton would roll over in his grave. Service: Take out
