Tim Hortons - Brampton

I met saurav today very kind and polite person We went for night walk then decide to have tim. Saurav suggested white hot chocolate with oreo crush its best Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very disappointing visit this morning unfortunately. Chose to use the drive-thru which wasn't moving at a bad speed considering it was around 9am. Placed my order which was a Medium Double-Double with an Espresso shot in it, and then attempted to order a Sausage Bagel Sandwich, this is where the trouble started, the person taking my order seemed too busying trying to guess what I wanted instead of listening to me. I stated a number of times what I wanted and then drove to the window to pick up my order. Coffee was instantly ready in spite of the fact they usually take a moment for the Espresso shot for it, surprised me, then after I was told to have a good day without my sandwich they closed the window for about a minute before being asked if I could park off to the side while I waited for my food to be ready. I parked and sat for about 5 minutes before heading inside to see if I had been forgotten about, after another couple of minutes of being ignored I saw someone coming out to deliver my sandwich, took it and left. They got my order completely wrong, I was given a farmers sausage sandwich on a tea biscuit. Other than the farmers sauce, the item was completely tasteless. Unfortunately, this solidified my choice to never go to that location again.

There is no option to give 0 star. The lady Kamal is so rude, don’t know how to deal with customers.

I do not even recommend giving a single star.Kamal was so rude I wish I could tell her learn some manners that how to talk to client. Totally disappointing. Service: 1
