Very bad experience, preparation time is too much, it just order of chana bhatura and they took more than 1 hour, when we received it bhatura are too cold, food quality is very cheap

Worst customer service… I ordered on phone… was told to pickup in 15 minutes.. went there after 25 minutes and the lady at the counter was super duper slow…. After waiting another 10 minutes in the line,,,I asked her if its a wait.. as I had to return to my work.. she still saying wait… Atleast you can hurry a bit or ask someone else to help with the phone orders… what’s the purpose of calling ahead????When you see 4-5 customers in front of you.. try to rush a bit.
