Bidra med feedbackWe are visiting from out of town and wanted to have Indian food. After asking some locals and completing a google search, we decided on coming to Mirch Masala. We were NOT disappointed! The food was great, the service from was outstanding, and the restaurant is clean and beautiful. We have family in Brampton, so we will definitely refer this restaurant to them. For a family with 2 young kids, our server Manpreet was very accomodating and helpful. We appreciate her and patience.
We were having a lovely evening with our family friends. After drinks and snacks, our friends proposed for dinner at this place. I must say that Mirch Masala just added more pleasure to an already amazing evening.1. Food: Taste and presentation of the food is amazing except for Rumali roti which tasted more like naan and was thick. This is the reason for rating 4. I want to rate this place as 4.5 but there is no such option.2. Service: Excellent service by Ms Ushmeet. She kept a watch on our table and gave us a comforting experience.3. Ambience: A true depiction of fine dine restaurant. Warm and cozy environment4. Menu: Good variety for both veg and non vegetarians.5. Pricing: High price restaurant but worth the environment and taste6. Hygiene: Very cleanSuggestion: Ms Ushmeet should be recognized in an appropriate forum for her excellent service.
Our first time here from out of town. Our server Inder was great.Food wise appearance was generally great overall. Disappointed the sizzlers weren’t really sizzling or smoking when they came out but tasted great.Likelihood to Recommend: 4/5Service: 5/5Our server Inder was great.Overall Value for Price Paid: 3/5 all items overpriced for what you get compared to comparable restaurants.Ambience: 4/5Great decor however lights kept dimming and coming back on not sure what was going on.Food Appearance: 5/5We especially liked that the mains came with tea lamps to keep dishes warm.Food review based on taste only:Paneer Tikka Sizzler 5/5Chicken Tandoori Platter 3/5For what they charge the overall taste was disappointing at $34 for chickenMixed Tandoori Platter 3/5For what they charge the overall taste was disappointing at $36 as was the portion size especially the one lamb chop you get. For a shareable plate very disappointing.Shahi Paneer 5/5Paneer Tikka Masala 4/5Baingan Bartha 3/5Was more peas than eggplantLamb Roganjosh 3/5No real wow factor taste wiseLamb Biriyani 4/5Garlic Naan 5/5Fresh, hot and tasty but overpriced at $5.50 each!Overall for price that they charge I expected better. No fingerbowls at end for a “high end” restaurant experience and biggest disappointment was they don’t accept Amex. For me that’s a deal breaker so I probably won’t be back until they change that.Restaurants that don’t accept Amex don’t realize they lose more in sales than the expense of taking Amex.
I had visited this restaurant yesterday. The ambiance and service of the restaurant was very nice. I ordered two dishes veg toofani and paneer pasanda . Paneer pasanda was good but veg toofani is avoidable it was too much spicy and hot with lot of chillies . Although it says chef special but it was not closer to it at all.Food: 3/5
Delicious food and amazing live music. Manmeet took care of us during our dinner and she was absolutely lovely and made sure we were well fed. If you haven’t been here, please do visit.
