The service inside the restaurant is decent, but the drive-thru is very slow, especially during busy times. The parking lot layout is a bit problematic. The food is satisfactory.
I went to this restaurant on Saturday morning to get breakfast for my family. We had to wait over twenty minutes for our food and when it arrived, it was cold. I also heard that they no longer have salsa, which was one of my favorite condiments.
I recently had an excellent experience at this location specifically due to the customer service of the manager, Karen. There had been a glitch on the app that wasn’t discovered until well after I left and Karen took the time to understand the issue and her great customer service is really appreciated! Turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one. Thank you Karen!
If the person taking the order and the person giving you your order would pay attention to your requests for condiments and acknowledge you that would be nice. Maybe you would get what you asked for. They all look like robots and God help you if they look you in the eyes and say have a nice day. They may combust into flames right in front of you. Where have all the manners gone to??? So tired of not getting what I pay for....
