Mcdonald's - Brampton

The absolute worst Mcds in town. Never has anything ready. Will absolutely pull up as many cars as possible just to maintain their drive through time. Everyone is piling around waiting for food, attendants can't figure out what car is what order. Total chaos everyday, and shame its the only one near me.

Bad customer service. the girl who was taking orders was very rude, She was yelling at delivery driver. I found this very disturbing.Please hire people who are polite and have patience.Date: 17/09/2023Time: 3PM

If you don't understand the food you are preparing, you will get it wrong every time. My experiences at this location include always unsalted fries, no onions on cheeseburger, cold coffee, cold floppy fries, soggy fries sometimes no fries at all they have single handedly ruined the iconic French fry. Train your staff better, like McDonald's USE TO. What happened here?

The washroom here is essentially unkept. There’s literally poo on the floor, **** all over the seat and the floor. The seat is barely holding on at all. One of the most disgusting bathroom experiences of my life. I’ve seen camping toilets in better shape. If this is how they keep this area, who knows how they keep the kitchen. Avoid

Worst mcdonalds yet. I watched as they made a lady wait 15 mins for her chicken sandwich. As she left, they huddled and laughed. Then I took my meal and went to the car. Wrong order. I went back in and they told me it was a discontinued item that I had on my recept. And rude? Omg worst attitude ever. No shame in being disorganized and mocking customers
