The chicken smelt bad and the customer service was not good

I came to garlicky and I got 3 rice bowls the total was $51. When I got home we realized the chicken was was so spoiled, it smelt and tasted horrible. We came back to the store at and spoke to the employee which was so unprofessional. She didn’t use any gloves when making the food and she did not give us a refund. We asked to get a refund but she said the manager was not there, we called twice and the manager still isn’t there. We left the food and didn’t get our money back. I’ve emailed them and they said they will not be giving a refund. This is the most unprofessional customer service I have seen.

The food quality of this place has really gone down since they opened. Ordered a salad bowl and chicken bowl today. The lettuce was completely welted and brown and the server didnt care to change it before preparing my food. Tomato and cucumber salad was discoloured, both welted and not fresh. Sumac cauliflower was foul to say the least. Absolutely no salt and flavour in these meals. Wasted $30 only to throw the food out anyway because the quality is just trash now. Would not be ordering from here again.

My first time here and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was craving a soup when I was on my way to this spot. I decided to order the salad bowl shawarma I got chicken and eggplant with most of the toppings. It was really good. Chicken was on the room temperature side but wasn't dry, thank goodness. The customer service was exceptional. I was so happy when she offered me complimentary lentil soup, which was very good and I enjoyed the spices and flavor.
