Worst customer treatment, no one takes responsibility. I called this place at 9:55 PM for an order, which they said that they are not taking any phone order. Then I specifically asked them if they will honour my order if I reach in 4 mins. The lady on the phone complied. I reached the place at 9:59. They closed the gates after my entry. When time finally came to order which I quote is at 10:00. These guys blankly denied my order saying that you are late. Even after requesting and explaining that I entered before the door closure. These people did not honour my request. And when I explained the lady at the counter that I was in before 10:00, she so conveniently said, but I didn't see you until 10. If there were operational issues, they could have just told me and I would have understood. But the behaviour is not humane and extremely unprofessional.
