Literally love this place!!! drinks are alw good pricing is pretty decent. recently i went and there was such a cute stationary shop that opened in the coco!!! actually adorable, the prices are amazing too, i got sticker sheet for 99cents everything else is super cheap as well. the owner gave me freebies too:

My most recent order was via app, and they called to let me know they cancelled my order because they ran out of their regular pearls, but still had brown sugar pearls. I placed another order right after the call for brown sugar pearls, and arrived 5 minutes later only to find out that they ran out of that as well, because they had already served it all to people that ordered after me.While I was still processing their offer to have my drinks be free of charge, one of the girls working said sarcastically to her coworker that she was so nice for offering free drinks, as if I was being a difficult customer. I work in customer service and understand the stress that comes with these type of situations, but these two girls clearly showed lack of professionalism and made the circumstances worse. Yes I was visibly upset with my order, but I didn’t yell or cause a scene to make them feel bad. So it was completely unnecessary to make sarcastic comments or gloat about fixing a mistake they caused.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday and was impressed by the nice interior, quick service, and friendly employees, even though it was busy. The drinks were crafted with care, and I highly recommend trying the brown sugar pearl latte. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The variety of drinks is amazing, the boba is delicious, and the staff is very polite. The service is also very fast. I definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Second time coming here and first time was during one of the promo in the summer… where there was only 1 employee working! What a disaster… ended up waiting over 45 mins for the promo. Today I came again and there were only 2 employees working however my 4 drinks took over 15 mins to make… and there’s a now a huge line up too.
