White Hart - Braintree

Room was lovely with lots of little touches such as bottled water and great range of teas and coffees. We had a good deal meal but the staff were the real highlight, exceptionally friendly and helpful

Very dissatisfied when a friend and I had Sunday roast on July the 30th for my birthday. We both ordered Roast Beef and the Beef was so tough we had to ask for a sharper knife to cut it with! Also the roast Potatoes were cold.. When we told a member of Staff about this..no apology whatsoever..just returned it with ' Do you want a dessert '... Won 't be going again!! Not happy at all about no apology or a reduction on the Bill at least!! Can 't say it was nearly £40 well spent!!

Every single member of staff I spoke to for whatever reason was absolutely lovely. Helpful polite friendly. Everyone appeared to know exactly what they were doing and everyone was very professional. I gave the room 3 stars as the windows and the bathroom need a refresh. But overall a great experience. And one of the best lasagna I’ve every had. Thank you.

Great local pub to me, the staff are always friendly and polite especially Paige who is a diamond, works very hard an asset to this historic pub, I do hope the management realises this!

Lovely authentic old pub hotel. Great food. Don’t forget to give the bar staff your vehicle reg for 24hrs free parking as long as you are a customer.
