Irma's Kitchen - Brainerd

We dined there on Sunday, August 16, and I must say, it was the best meal I've had in a long time. WOW! We started with the scallops as an appetizer and had the walleye for our main course. I can't stop thinking about how delicious it was! I already want to return to enjoy the fall colors just to eat there again. Everyone in our group of 15 loved the food, and the service was excellent. We even had the chance to compliment the chef in person—she did an amazing job!

I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast, but we returned before dinner and decided to try some appetizers. The charcuterie plate was fantastic! It was almost gone in the picture, but it was so delicious that I would definitely recommend it!

During our two-week summer vacation, this was the best food we experienced. The atmosphere on the outdoor patio was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Every dish we tried, including the children’s mac and cheese, was exceptional and has been on my mind ever since. The walleye was the finest I’ve had in the Brainerd Lakes area, and my wife couldn’t stop praising her pot roast. Everything was prepared to perfection, and the flavors were incredible. We arrived by boat and utilized the restaurant’s dock. If you’re on Gull Lake in a boat, make sure to visit this place. If you’re nearby by car, definitely stop by. And if you happen to have a seaplane in northern Minnesota, land on Gull Lake and check it out!
