Handle - Bragg Creek

Wonderful experience rental Fat Bikes! Couldn't ask for a better price, and the bikes had Dropper Posts and Stollen. Friendly and competent staff.

Left Calgary for a day trip to Alan Bill to enjoy a beautiful sunny day. Stop at Bragg Creek and walk through Handle Bar Cafe. It's a jewel! We thought coffee and a sandwich, but in the end enjoy a wonderful meal. French onion soup and a beautifully flavored Austrian pasta with an excellent side salad. It was all delicious. And so was the latte and lemonade. The owners are a beautiful couple (Swiss and German) they actively heard when we ruled them with stories about my husband's ski adventures in Zermatt years ago. I can't expect to sit (a) out on a beautiful day with our dog, (b) to bring our family here for a fondue dinner, and (c) hopefully bring the grandchild to a community event. Very recommended.

Fantastic little hideaway café, though a very popular place. Staff are top-notch and they offer a wide range of high-quality refreshments and Nibbles.

We booked our staff Christmas party here in early December. Beautiful private setup for 11-12 people. Moritz came up with some great menu options and served up delicious food that everyone enjoyed. I’d highly recommend Handle-Bar for small, intimate parties.

Charming, cozy, and the hot chocolate is excellent!
