Vila Cafe - Bragança

It was nice to sit on a rainy day in a closed opposite and still see the whole environment. the waitress was busy, but we just waited a short time. the wild wild boar hot sandwich and French fries were a disappointment.

Family visit of the burg bragança brought us to a busy terrace with mixed tables. almost friendly advice in French at the order. drinks were brought before we realized how thirsty we were! local sausage, tasty french and salmon w/rice were very well prepared....Very cheap prices.

We were in a family dinner. interieur ac does not work properly and almost no server for the number of tables in the restaurant. prices accordingly. does not come back with so many good offered.

We visited this caffe in the old town of braganca in dez on a Sunday. the caffe was open even though we were perhaps the only non-Portugueses, which naturally made the visit something special. there were many families present and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. there is a small bar while they enter the caffe, where some older native chatting and the formal sit-down dining was in a window filled space between the bar and the terrace, so that we are full in three directions in the beautiful city. the personal did not speak English, but the menu had an English side and I spoke a little Portuguese so that we had no problems. we eat with a friend from the opposite and ordered a mix of dressed to share, including some appetizers. the whole meat served in the caffe was locally cooked in the opposite and well cooked, the appetizers were delicious and keep us on the way until the main courses arrived that was not long actually. eating was well prepared, well presented and expensive. I would recommend this caffe.

We found this little cafe and restaurant when we took shelter from a rain shower. The owner was very friendly so after coffee and a walk around town (after it dried up) we decided to have have lunch there as well. The owner was even...friendly enough to switch the television to Formula one. The food was good quality but very big portions, so share or prepare to eat a lot : We recommend this place for a lunch when visiting the castle.
