Pizzeria Luna - Bragança

A pizza restaurant and other dishes. Much choice. Good value. I had a pizza, my wife a salad.

Let's start with a sentence that says everything: the owner is Italian. Real Italian pizzas, pastas and salads in the northeast of Portugal. Really a must!

We wanted something different than a “typical Portuguese cuisine” after a few weeks, so we went for this pizzeria in the neighborhood. It is simply restaurant, interior not very nice and welcoming. The pizzas were fine, nothing special. The best was probably the staff. Although... they only spoke Portuguese and we just don't understand what they said they just tried  The cook came to ask if everything our desire, waitress did their best to explain the wine list and dessert menu. In addition, I accidentally knocked the glass off the table so that the shavings went over half the floor, but they held the smile, waved the hand that nothing happened....very friendly. Overall – cheaper place, good food. Nice for a change, probably not for a frequent visit.

After two weeks of big meat and fish dishes it was nice to go Italian for a change. Although the pizzeria has a simple interior, the welcome was warm and lush. There was an English menu and the waitress was running enough to even understand... my terrible English jokes. I had an excellent pizza with a delicious salad and my wife a huge delicious lasagna.
