Food was very good but expensive. Cheeseburger, small fries and regular pop was $21.19

Pricey menu for a fast food chain. Advertised as very good quality, but nothing special. Good, but Culvers burger is extremely good, fresh, andreasonably priced in comparison. A burger , fry and drink with tax is over 20 dollars at 5 guys.Too expensive.

Super expensive... if the fries were good it would've been worth the price for as much as they gave me.

The burgers seemed overcooked because they were super dry. I couldn't get beyond two bites. But the guy taking my order was super sweet and patient.

Went here with my son for French Fry Friday and the manager was very kind. The customer service was lacking before but she is turning this place around.
