Skratch Kitchen - BRADLEY BEACH

The food was enjoyable and the atmosphere was fantastic; however, the service was quite disappointing. The staff member who attended to us was very unfriendly and unhelpful, refusing to answer any of my questions about the menu.

I placed my first order and was informed that delivery would take 35 to 40 minutes, but my food arrived in just 25 minutes! The fried rice was perfect, and everything tasted fresh. The egg roll was neither greasy nor soggy, with fresh ingredients inside. The shrimp were a nice size, sweet, and juicy. The Hummer sauce included crab and was fresh, topped with crispy green onions, and wasn't overly salty from too much soy sauce. The egg drop soup with wontons was also rich in eggs, and the wontons were fresh. Overall, it was an excellent experience compared to other options in the Mini Mall. Yum!

The egg drop soup with wontons was rich in eggs, and the wontons were also fresh. Overall, this place is really impressive compared to other options in the Mini Mall. Delicious!
