El Serrano Mexican Grill

Worst experience I 've had at a Mexican restaurant. I went in at 11:50 am today. Went in for take out and i was the only one there, they had no other orders/deliveries. I waited for 40-50 minutes. That 's not the worst part.The bad part is that the 2 female employees that were cooking the food were calling someone over the phone asking "How is this cooked? What does this food come with? What do we add to this? Does this come with rice? "It 's almost like the real cook was working from home delegating orders.I should have left then. Instead i got stuck with tasteless, soggy food and a hefty bill.And to top it off, when i asked how much longer? They replied to me with an attitude as if me eating there was an inconvenience.

Food was delicious. Staff was friendly, the green salsa was nice and spicy. Food was plentiful and rice and beans were on point.
