Extremely helpful friendly staff nothing is to much trouble Food perfectly presented tasted amazing

We enjoy going to Zizzis. We had 3 waitresses at one point trying to take our order. We asked for a bigger table than the small 2 seater one offered and we were moved. The food was nice if a little bland.

When we arrived they didn’t have our booking! Second time it’s happened using open table. Book direct

Our first visit to this Zizzi restaurant in the heart of Bradford. It was quiet and there was ample seating. The food and wine were of a good standard and reasonably priced. We would return if we visited Bradford again. The downside was the floor where we sat had food droppings from a previous customer. In addition we had received a voucher which apparently could not be used with the Fathers Day menu which was not made clear.

On arrival the restaurant had no knowledge of my booking through 'Open Table ' and I was only squeezed in! I would be grateful if you will investigate this error and inform me of the outcome. I have used your facility to make a reservation at the same restaurant on the 21 December at 12.30 will you please confirm that the restaurant has received my reservation. Regards
