Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant was empty and it was not surprising given the loud and unpleasant music playing. It felt more like a youth club, with two Asian girls behaving like school children, laughing and being loud. One was playing with the other's hair behind the counter. There was another girl who seemed to be doing most of the work. The plain notice boards suggested that the menu items were not regularly updated. After being there for over half an hour, everyone got their drinks and left. It is not a welcoming place unless you are a student. I prefer to go to Costa now.
Mya was my server and she was absolutely delightful. She made me feel very welcome and helped me forget the stress of my flight.
Slightly out of the centre of town to pop in to whilst shopping. Great lattes as usual, store slightly small, so lack of tables.
As we say in Yorkshire this place is acky, it seemed very busy but the tables are badly laid out most had only one person. The tables hadn’t been cleared it seemed not wiped for quite some time. The toilet floor was covered in urine. Coffee was nice but we couldn’t wait to leave. I think it must be a staffing issue because there’s one in the centre of Leeds that’s similarly dirty. Such a shame because it’s in a prime location.
Located in a prime spot in the city center next to a unique mirror pool and illuminated fountains overlooking Bradford City Hall, this coffee shop is a good place to visit in the summer. However, the outdoor seating area can feel unwelcoming due to the cliquish clientele giving off a negative vibe. Inside, the decor is tired and the staff seem stressed, resulting in a lack of attention to customers. There are often noisy interest groups meeting here. Given the prices charged, improvements could be made to the outdoor seating to make it more family-friendly and the interior decor could be updated.
