Took them 1 hour and 30 mins to deliver. food is cold

Best place and only place I get my pizzas from and have no complaints after the 10+ years of me coming to this establishment and would definitely recommend

Ordered a margarita pizza which was basically falling apart when I picked it up. The lettuce with the seekh kebabs was dirty and was barely any salad with them. I don't recommend to anyone spend your money elsewhere

Food was ok. However delivery was late by an hour. Called to enquire where my delivery was and got told to not lecture about a pizza and refuse delivery and get a refund. Furthermore I got advised that people such as me should make our own handi/curry at home! Throughout the course of my interaction I was polite, mild mannered and never lectured the staff member who answered. If any of my staff spoke to any of my customers like this guy just did : he’d be sacked on the spot. Deliveries can be late but there are no excuses for justification to speak to anyone in the manner this person did. On the plus side the food was piping hot and decent. However major let down by the customer service at this place. I will mention this to the family member of this place who recommended I try them as the owners need to be aware of such poor quality of service. Hopefully this is a one off and there regular customers don’t experience such poor service.
