Bidra med feedbackThe service was very bad, they had put about 15 bags of chips, but told me they were sold out of chips. I pointed out the lines and asked what they were at the time. They claimed they were just for picking up orders, so they forced me to order a bag through my phone and wait an additional 15 minutes when nobody was in the line. The new garlic steak is extremely hard and not chewable. In the other places where I experienced something like that.
They always screw up my order online or in the store once that they bag all foods and queso spills all over my car because they did not close it right and tonight we spent $75 on delivery it?s literally crazy how expensive it now as well as the order was wrong. Love spending $20 on a Burrito and then it's not even good or right. Don't come here anymore.
I just checked out that chipotle and was told I couldn't buy chips because they were all out. I looked at a massive chip wall. They said they were only for online orders. I answered to go online now and order them and I could get them? . Yes, but you have to wait 20 minutes. What service is that? I am a paying customer who wants to stand before you to buy your product and yours tell me that you sell it to other customers, but not to me? No. It's something, but it's something that makes me get a Burrito of Moe.
Don't waste your time or money? Nonsense, much switching food in the register and rude behavior from the staff. Hopefully, the management will be careful because some of today's employees are not good. The blond hair girls with the limps, on and off the register and whisper over, learn some manners, grow up and stop touching your hair when it comes to food. The mixture was obvious and the switch was not so smooth. Thanks for the show, but wanted dinner?. Next time give them free food.
I am blacklisting this company store from my doordash, they get the order the minute I accept the delivery, they have all the time to make it until I get there which could be between 3 10 minutes, and once I get there I have never yet seen any complete orders on the dedicated shelf for delivery pickups, and there's usually at least two to sometimes I seen as many as almost eight delivery people waiting on their orders, but meanwhile the line for in store, would be packed, 20 to 30 customers going through while I'm waiting, (waiting always 10 to 20 minutes) so why are we treated differently, we should get our food just as fast as if we went in line. If they don't want to be bothered with doordash then they need to take them out of the company's delivery, and if they do then step up the game.
