Bidra med feedbackI highly recommend this restaurant, dinner was fantastic! They were excellent at accommodating our family with coeliac disease, showing great knowledge of avoiding cross contamination. We don't dine out often due to limited options for us, but these ladies took great care of us. We will definitely be returning!
I was pleasantly surprised by this Chinese restaurant in the suburbs of Brisbane. The service was excellent, with efficient and friendly staff. The chef even personally recommended a selection of dishes when one of our choices was unavailable, which impressed us. The deep fried ice cream was delicious. Overall, we appreciated the attention to detail, including the warm towels. While the price may be a bit high, it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be returning when I pass through Brisbane again.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Some may find it a bit pricey, but the service and food were definitely worth it. It has been a long time since I have experienced such exceptional service. All the dishes we chose were gluten-free and we enjoyed every single one of them. We ended the night with deep-fried ice cream topped with our choice of toppings. See attached photo.
Especially went for takeaway, as we are travelling. Right, no cutlery given for takeaway. Had to find an Aldi to buy some cutlery and plate. The food, not worth the exceptionally long wait. Not one bit nice. Honey chicken, where was the chicken? Probably hidden in the huge batter. So very disappointing
Once upon a time this was THE best Chinese restaurant on the Northside. Unfortunately this is no longer the case after our recent dining experience there. The restaurant is tired, the service poor and the food mediocre although the prices remain quite high. For example, the dining chairs have badly worn and split vinyl seats. The wine and menu lists are not only sparse in numbers with guests having to share but also well worn with faded print and curling corners. Not a good look but certainly an indication of what was to follow. The service was slow and wait staff spread extremely thin across the restaurant. When meals were eventually served the portions were very generous but not particularly flavoursome. For example, the Mongolian garlic lamb, a recommended house choice, was bland and totally lacking in any taste of garlic. Rice was not included with any dish and a small bowl of steamed rice was $7.20. A visit to the toilet facilities reinforced that this was a restaurant experiencing a downturn. The whole area needed a good paint job and cleaning. Not even the soap dispenser worked. Very sad to give this review because this used to be a great restaurant but unfortunately times have obviously changed.
