Shingle Inn - Bracken Ridge

Lovely experience. A little slice of old luxury. Everything beautifully presented. Cakes window. Seating inside and outside. Small interior, but cozy. Reasonable prices. Helpful staff.

I brought my younger sister to this restaurant for pancakes and they were fantastic. They were warm, soft, and fluffy, and we enjoyed them with banana, ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries, and a hot chocolate. The restaurant was moderately busy, but we didn't have to wait long for our food. We will definitely be back again!

I love the Shingle Inn. I have very fond memories of the Shingle Inn when my grandmother and. I used to go into the city back in the day. I now take my son who loves it as well. No complaints here the only thing is I don’t think the person who made my order didn’t read the request as I had also asked for a an ice coffee with no ice cream and a small amnt of cream with almond milk . It came out looking great but tooo much cream and too much ice cream which I didn’t request . but other then that I love it .

My mother and I had a late lunch on her 88th birthday, after shopping in Strathpine. We savored the most delicious quiche and sweet potato fries we've ever had while dining out. We will definitely return!

The coffee at this restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was served promptly. The food was nice and hot, and the prices were great. We ordered the pancakes and avocado on toast, which were the perfect size.
