Well priced and inexpensive! Great taste, great quick service. Been a loyal customer for years. Hope they stay open!

This place is cheap so the quality of the tea is essentially “you get what you pay for”. But I like it. They are very generous with toppings. I sometimes get lychee jelly, pearls and herbal/grass jelly. The jelly fills half the cup even before they add the tea!!

The original milk tea joint. Been coming here for years before all the trendy expensive places popped up and you can’t top it.

This is one of the OGs for milk tea for me. The prices are awesome, nowhere near the standard $7-$8 range you'd find with the newer milk tea places. They make it how you want, and they make it quickly. It may not look as fancy as other places but they have solid milk tea and it is a favourite for an Oolong or honeydew milk tea for me. Depending on who makes the order, it can be sweet at times, but generally they are made well most times. Will always hit them up for a milk tea if I'm shopping in Sunnybank Plaza.

Needing a cold refreshment after dining on a bowl of hot noodles, I visit for a large Iced Coffee with Agar. The pleasant server takes my order and my Iced Coffee is ready in 2 minutes. Perfect!
