Nandos Garden City Westfield

Bought 2 quarter chicken meals and I think mine was the short end of the stick in terms of size! They're not small on taste though had a whole chicken a few weeks later and got the BBQ sauce tasty as!

Had a spontaneous catchup with friends who live locally and randomly chose this Nando’s restaurant at Westfield Garden City. SERVICE: staff was very friendly and patience as it took a little while for us to decide the meals yet she helped us with the order with a big smile on her face. AMBIENCE: this Nando’s shop is quite big and spacious. Seating was quite comfortable comparing to other Nando’s shops in town. The self serve station (cutleries, sauces, and even hand wash facilities is huge and is kept quite clean tidy. FOOD: our meals have been delivered to our table very quick after we ordered (within 10minutes . We ordered a whole grilled chicken and it’s very juicy tender (even the chicken breasts part . The bacon avocado salad was also quite nice portion size is big, with crispy bacon slices on top of fresh lettuce and avocado, and topped with mayo dressing (but it was more refreshing rather than heavy even though it’s mayo . Even better it only cost 3 of us a total of $40 for dinner tonight : Nando’s has never been on top of my eating list while I’m in Garden City (too many different restaurants . But I’ll definitely consider to dine at this Nandos more from now on.

Whenever I want really good chips I always go to Nandos and get the peri peri chips. There's just the right amount of seasoning that's not too overpowering. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was the service, which was very slow despite that there were only a few customers at the time that I went.

We went here for lunch and I usually always get their chips and a wrap so I decided to try one of the salads because it sounded pretty good. <br/ <br/ They have a very large and open restaurant inside with high ceilings to let in the light but there's also plenty of tables outside under shade so we chose to sit outside. We were sitting for a few minutes when our meals came over and we were really surprised since it was pretty busy but they were so fast. <br/ <br/ The chips as usual were delicious and I enjoyed the salad as a healthier option every once in awhile. This is definitely my favourite nandos out of the ones I usually visit.

Just popped in for takeaway large chips and drink but the service was so friendly and attentive that I thought I should put it in a review. The dining area is also surprisingly large and airy. Well done team, great service!
