Starbucks - Bracebridge

Absolute terrible experience. Right from the moment I pulled up to the screen and speaker, the screen wasn't working, no one told me the total or confirmed my order was correct (which is wasn't). When I reached the window, no one spoke just thrusted my drink towards me and then turned there back to the window, waited a minute or so pushed the debit machine out (I was paying with my starbucks app) which clearly irritated the person in the window (even though they never asked how I was paying). My drink was made incorrect, my food item was cold and had a sticker from an earlier order on it, time stamped almost 45 minutes previous. The lady who took my order turned out to be the store manager, who offered nothing but attitude and annoyance that I was still in the drive thru and causing there times to go up.

Should I just appreciate there is Starbucks in Bracebridge? I like inside atmosphere. Clean and cozy. I just don?t understand the closing time. They closed at 7pm. Maybe they don?t have employees to work till late?? I understand for winter, normally quiet by 7pm in this area. But for Summer? Lots of tourist pass by. Close at 7 doesn?t make sense. I wish they close at least 9 for summer. Anyways by 6:30pm, staff started to clean up and put all the chairs up to tables. They didn?t say anything but I had to leave even earlier than closing time. Again, maybe I just need to appreciate we have Starbucks here.

Tried the pineapple drink with coconut milk, think it was called Paradise. Very tasty. Make sure you ask for less ice otherwise they fill your cup with half ice.

I had an amazing experience here. the lady taking my order was very nice. however, when the lady taking my order made herself a water, it was right next to the bar. another worker, i?m not sure if she was a manager or not, said very loudly to her while she was pouring herself a water: ?you?re not on bar so get off bar? and the lady who took my order looked mortified and the other worker just looked really irritated. i thought it was really unprofessional to not only say that to one of your coworkers but to say it in front of other coworkers and customers.

The people who work there are always lovely, drinks are always made great however I don?t understand the store hours. I checked the time online, 6:00am open however when I get there for 6:45 all the lights on and employees inside, but the drive-thru is closed, evident when you pull up and the screen says as much, and the front door is still locked. You try to ask why and the employees stare at you through the window? it?s a little inconvenient and definitely deters you from wanting to come back when there?s no set hours online or at the store.
