Fusion On Swan - BRABHAM

I love fusion on black. we don't get too much out, but it's my go2 space for a delicious breakfast. the holiday home is so sweet and the rooms are beautiful with many old memories inside and outside. eating is always fresh and very tasty. Do not recommend this restaurant. we came to the breakfast and that was terrible. tomaten looked old and tasted, the pancakes were hard and had no taste, but drowned in maple syrup to try to dress that and the French toast with speck came cold and much maple syrup as well. we sent the food back because it was unusable, didn't get an apologies from the waitress, and they said we had to pay for that. When we asked this, she asked if we would like to talk to the manager we agreed to. she then went inside and came back and said he was busy, but he would come and see us in 20 minutes. we asked if he could see us now how we wanted...read more

It is often underestimated how good it is, calamari have cooked exactly right. the chef has made it here with the fish perfect and fresh we had the steak and ripen with our meal, both delicious. the sauce on the ribs was delicious and it was hard not to lick the plate after.

Honestly just average food. Friendly staff and cute venue but if you're in the Swan valley you can definitely find much better food at the same price.

One of the worst places we have been to for a meal and service. A very disinterested chef/owner. Tried to charge a $10 surcharge each for a meal that was $3 above our scoopon. Meals uninteresting and over cooked.
