Bidra med feedbackThe best mexican food i've had in a while.okay, it's not sonoran cuisine, which i am used to, but i'm glad it's not. the food has different flavors, but they're really good ones. love their sauces as they complement the food.i had the enchiladas plate. it's served on a huge plate because there is so much food. i ate all of it.another visit i had the burrito. it was also too much food, but i enjoyed the first 2/3 of the football-sized entree.my wife got the three taco plate. the next day, she pan-fried three more tacos with her leftovers. she also got the beans, which we both really liked. they aren't your traditional creamy refried beans. some of them are refried, but others are whole beans. however, they're really good and taste like actual beans.if you go, bring lots of people and share, but understand that the portions are huge. give in to the vera cruz cuisine and eat up.
Menu has a variety of options. The food is DELICIOUS. Theybhave so many flavors in their burritosz they are superior! The staff are very nice and helpful and the atmosphere is amazing!
I’m from south texas, so I was skeptical but these birria tacos were 10/10. I tried going again but they were closed. Must try.
I 've been here several times. This place has a specific identity: the simple and wonderful food, community love and a few souvenirs specific to Vera Cruz. Having never traveled there, I can 't speak to authenticity, but I know real food lovingly made from scratch when I see it. I also recognize how special it is when I only want to adjust the seasonings (COVID impaired tastebuds with a tiny sprinkle of salt or lime. That 's what you do at table when served a properly cooked dish. No doubt they have hot sauce if you wish.I have eaten my way through their meat platters menu. For $20 I get 2 meals. For lunch I 've eaten my way through tortas and quesadillas. There are no disappointments there. Two things always speak volumes about service: 1 I 'm a super minority as a white local, the majority are Mexican folks who love food and atmosphere (so yay authenticity! . 2. They serve delightfully fast and then leave you in peace to eat, trusting you to notice the crowd and decide how quickly to finish your meal. If you wonder where your box or check is, you need only wave and ask. Nobody gets rushed or herded here.Thank you good folks for a space to sit and enjoy your food and TLC.Event planners: they have a truck and you won 't regret the value they add to your event.Vegetarian options: I suspect that even though the core of their menu is about meat, these folks can eliminate meat and still make delightful things to order. Not so,much vegan but definitely meat free.
Average Bozeman needs a really good Mexican restaurant. Fiesta Mexicana is a good start but falls short overall. I still like it as it us the only place decent.
