Bidra med feedbackCalled an order in online. It was ready on time, and I was greeted immediately by staff upon arrival. I was not sure if the order was in my name or my girlfriend, so they helped me resolve it and find the correct food. We had the medium and Hawaiian flavors. I thought the chicken was cooked well and the texture was fine, but was not in love with the Hawaiian flavor reminded me a bit of bbq with a tropical hint to it. Not my go to wing place but I'd try again.
Don't stop at this Wingstop. 45 minutes minimum for order completion. I walked out last night after staff just walked away not wanting to even take my order. After telling me she had been working ten hours, the young lady who eventually agreed to take my order told me my 50 wings would take an hour or more. That probably meant 90 minutes to two hours. Love the food but that was my last visit.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. To start this place just has the worst service I?ve ever seen and what I?ve received multiple times wouldn?t even be considered service. I have been here two times and I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing both time. Both times I then had to wait OVER TWO HOURS to receive my order even though the store was not busy at all and fully staffed. Even worse every time I tried to talk to a staff member to get clarity on what was the issue, no one made an effort to talk to me or any customers waiting. They just looked at our order, shrugged, and then appeared to go back to looking like they were doing stuff without actually doing anything. After finally getting my food I was even annoyed by what I got. The wings were not even hot and barely had any sauce on them at all which in two hours you should be able to at least make a decent wing. I could?ve raised a chicken and then turned it into wings with the amount of time if felt like I waited. I finally wanted to inform the manager about the experience I had so I sent them an email from one of the business cards I picked up at the store and not surprisingly I never even got a response which just shows me that no one at this restaurant actually cares at all and at this point I hope they go out of business so we can get an actual decent place in that storefront.
Horrible experience. First time there I will never go back. Ordered online at 5 for 6:30 pick up. When I got there waited another 45 min for my food. Absalutely incompetent workers. After I got home food was horrible they didn't put my 2 dressings in that I paid for. Sat there for 45 minutes watching no leadership young kids cooking food goofing around. I will never eat Wingstop ever again.
Every single customer was waiting on their order, took 10 minutes for staff to even acknowledge my existence and take my order. Fountain drink machine leaking water all over their floors, our sense of urgency to get it fixed. Watched multiple customers walk out because of the lack of care and long wait. Truly gross. Would not recommend.
