Pei Wei Asian Diner - Boynton Beach

The worst customer service in the evening I'm here. I came in and waited for the register. No one welcomed me or came to ask what I need for about 10 minutes. I finished the online order while I was in the restaurant. I will also notice that it was not occupied by the crowd of people inside. No excuse or something. Not back to this place. The employees of the front registers were very rude.

Wonderful eating and amazing personal, I myself like the dynamit tofu or the bark and brokkoli. they have a lot of very tasty foods with free lucky cookies from the drink machine. the interieur is very cozy and very quiet. great for a bit after work or eating with her friends. if they have baked and munchies, then they get the chocolate brownies and the bark broccoli meal with noodles. the staff will bring you food outside. very fast and very tasty

We came a little close to the closure and they were obviously very busy. I noticed that, Sharice, the branch manager had to do with a frustrated customer with very sarcastic answers. She treated the situation with grace. It takes a lot to perceive the point of views and de-escalate an annoyed customer.

This must be the WORST EVER experience!! Order online for 3 meals and can?t even someone on the phone for the back! It was an hour when it should take 20 minutes! I'm so over this joint. Have you been here a long time? Now I know. They do not have their priorities right! And find out, right now they don't have what I wanted!! Over an hour! This is UNCALLED for and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

SOOO DISAPPOINTED. My mother and I stopped to grab dinner tonight just to wait an hour for overcooked dry food. We came into an empty restaurant with 2-3 customer ahead of us to be told there is an hour wait on any food we ordered! Exactly an hour until close, i must add! After waiting all that time then traveling home, i was disappointed to open an entree with a very SMALL portion of meat with my very SMALL portion of brown rice that had the consistency of rubber for both REGULAR SIZED entrees. I feel as if I?m being generous for giving two stars. The service and food quality were AWFUL. I will not be returning in the future!
