Always a good experience. Jenna makes everything the way you order it/supposed to be. Kid-friendliness: Attentive to kids.
Newish Barista is so rude I typically don't even stop because he is so off-putting.
Great coffee, but the barista sure did take her time while making my cup of regular coffee. Took longer than 5 minutes because she was just moving slowly.
Register not working so had to pay at in-store which was wait in another line. Employees were disorganized and could care less.
