Mcdonald's - Boyne City

Didn't get in the dining room even though it was supposed to be openFood was borderline inedible

Not sure when the last time this “restaurant “ was cleaned. Ordered family lunch two large fries, hamburger, two quarter pounders, 20 chicken nuggets, drinks. I mean prices are 3-4 times bigger than 2 years ago and meals are 3-4 smaller. Bye bye mcdonalds

3 9 24 stopped in at 9:50am for breakfast. Placed order found that they had no milk or sprite. Placed order, then at 10:22 they came out to tell us that they were out of hotcakes pancakes which both of my kids ordered. I just said please refund our order. She promptly came back with cash and said sorry. Prices are outrageous. Done with McDonalds.

This was the wildest McDonalds experience ever! Find somewhere else to eat! After our order was placed at the self service screen because there was no one at the front counter, other customers warned us they had been waiting for 45mins for a cheeseburger and iced coffee. When they finally recieved it, it was cold. They asked for a refund. The manager from in the back yelled, "well they 're just going to have to wait! "I asked an employee if our order was going to be 30-45mins, she said she didn 't know, but we 'll be waiting longer for a refund.After some yelling from the customers the manager finally came forward. She was aweful, yelling, and ignorant, before she refunded the other customers and then us. Our order had been placed 20 mins before we recieved the refund and we still hadn 't recieved the drinks. No one got their food, and there was no one else in the restaurant!

I have served 26 plus years and stationed all over the world. The McDonald's in Boyne City Michigan is by far the worst unit I have ever visited. Just today, 23 January 2024, they did not open until 10 am. The area received 3 inches of snow overnight. I arrived at 10:10 am and was informed that they were not serving breakfast. Was told this was the owners decision. There was no general manager available. And of course no owner either. It's not my first, or second bad experience at the unit. Better local options than this place
